Deeper Than you Think
Avatar the Last Airbender is a show that will get your mind thinking about deeper things than everyday childrens shows. It discusses mourning, through Katara losing her mother, Aang losing all of the other Nomads, and even the stories of common people during the 100 year war. Avatar is about family and trusting each other. Finding out that family is more than just the people who are directly related to you. This show teaches forgiveness and love. Forgiveness for those that have hurt you, forgiveness and how to change from revenge to forgiveness. This is shown through Aang with the firelord and katara with the man who killed her mother.
